WiserOwl joined 300+ contact center professionals and vendors at the 21st NECCF Conference and Expo. The New England Contact Center Forum (NECCF) at Gillette Stadium turned out to be a phenomenal experience.

The friendly, buzzing atmosphere and the chance to meet so many passionate professionals was truly energizing. It was impressive to see the breadth of expertise and diverse perspectives that converged in one place.
