WiserOwl Announced As Gold Sponsor For The 2023 NECCF Conference & Expo

Columbus, Indiana, January 17th, 2023 — WiserOwl, will sponsor the upcoming 21st Annual NECCF Conference & Expo at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, to be held on June 13th, 2023. This highly anticipated event showcases the latest in technology and innovation for the contact center industry. According to the NECCF,  “we rely on the sponsorship revenues to offset the costs of the day. This allows a large number of attendees to participate for an attractive rate.”

“The Northeast Contact Center Forum is one of the most established non-profit groups in the industry,” says WiserOwl President & Founder Robert Bradshaw. “It is an honor and a privilege to be a Gold Sponsor of the largest user-driven contact center conference and expo in the U.S. We look forward to the opportunity to meet and network with the professionals and industry experts that attend this event.”

The NECCF is a non-profit organization founded in February 2001 by contact center executives and managers who wanted an unbiased “user group” to facilitate the exchange of ideas among contact center executives and managers. Since that time, the NECCF has grown and remained committed to addressing the day-to-day management concerns and strategic planning needs of contact center professionals throughout the northeast.

The NECCF expects an audience of 400+ contact center executives and managers from a variety of industries including financial services, retail, utilities, insurance, telecommunications, banking, health care, etc.

“We recently surveyed 1,000 consumers about their attitudes towards contact centers, and nearly half (47.4%) say contact centers as extremely important to a company’s overall customer service,” says Bradshaw. “2023 will be a key inflection point for companies to finally figure out how to best optimize their operations. Events like the NECCF conference facilitate the kind of dialogue and knowledge-sharing industries need to grow and evolve.”
